Conclusion

The MICROCOM Model GTX Satellite Transmitter and Data collector has some

internal data logger capability. For more advanced data acquisition, The GTX

can be interfaced to external data loggers like the CR1000 from Campbell

Scientific. This application note showed various ways of connecting up and

debugging the interface between the GTX and the CR1000.
